There are many pregnancy resource centers throughout the Diocese of Richmond. None of the locations listed below refer for abortion or prescribe artificial contraception. They each offer a different range of services for little or no cost. The locations are divided by geographic region to make your search easier.

The ANPC provides free and confidential pregnancy tests in a safe, confidential environment where you will not feel judged or told what you should do. Free ultrasound services are available as well. All services are available regardless of income, race or religion and are free and confidential.

Hope 4 Life (H4L) is a mobile pregnancy resource center that parks near the Virginia Beach/Norfolk abortion clinics to meet abortion-bound young women where they are, as they are walking into the abortion facility. H4L offers pregnancy tests, ultrasound services, and counseling. These free services will enable mothers and fathers to encounter the humanity of their developing child, and will encourage them to carry their babies to term.

The Hope Pregnancy Center is an apostolate of Saint Bede Catholic Church in Williamsburg. They offer free services including pregnancy testing, pregnancy counseling, ultrasound referral, prenatal care referral, adoption referral and counseling, and post-abortive healing counseling. Through their Outreach Center they can provide maternity clothing, diapers, baby gear, other material assistance as needed.

Eligible clients are those that have no medical insurance; meet income guidelines; within the scope of practice and live in York County, Williamsburg, Poquoson, James City, or Newport News.
