We partner with parishes and schools to provide opportunities for engaging middle and high school teenagers into the mission of the Catholic Church through community building, prayer and worship, justice and service, and educational opportunities. We strive to provide meaningful opportunities to assist parishes and schools in growing adult volunteers and paid professionals, who work with youth, in areas of spirituality and youth ministry methodology based on the USCCB document Renewing the Vision and Pope John Paul II’s vision of the New Evangelization.

We intend to educate the entire Catholic Diocese of Richmond about what youth ministry is. A comprehensive approach to youth ministry breaks away from the old models of CCD, CYO, and the idea that Catholic School students do not need to be involved in parish programs. Working with youth workers who interact with youth in grades 6 – 12, we seek to develop a common vision that embraces efforts to evangelize the culture of the 21st century.
