GETTING THERE
Transportation to, from, and during the Summit will be available through coordination with your campus ministry for those attending colleges and universities within the Diocese of Richmond. Closer to the departure date, you will receive specific information from your Campus Minister about where and when to meet the bus. This will vary from about noon to 6:30 p.m. depending on how far from Richmond your school is located.
Driving yourself? There is an option to indicate this during the registration process. Please note that you will be responsible for finding and paying for your own parking if you choose this option.
Students from schools within the Diocese of Arlington or the Archdiocese of Washington will need to arrange transportation on their own. If you are traveling with your campus then they will coordinate transportation.
LODGING
For the night of Friday, February 7, students will be housed in local hotels. Each hotel will have breakfast provided and transportation will be arranged to and from the hotel.
COST
Through the generosity of contributors to the Diocesan Annual Appeal, the cost for the weekend is only $50per student for those attending colleges and universities within the Diocese of Richmond. For students coming from outside the Diocese of Richmond the cost is $60. Talk to your Campus Minister for more information!
